Required Skills: •Prepare estimates at all levels of design completion. •Help teach estimators with less experience. •Be a proactive team member within the overall project teams, helping our clients and design partners be successful. •Develop and prepare a Preconstruction Status Report including narrative, executive cost reports, project cost indicators, cash flow projections, schedule, and logistic plans. •Interface directly with subcontractors and equipment vendors to validate budgets. •Interpret construction drawings, technical manuals and quantifying materials required for construction. •On screen take-off of material quantities. •Write and publish estimate clarifications. Qualifications: •High School diploma or GED required. •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent field work experience required.
