Hiring: Senior ESH Representative - Night Shift Company: Bechtel Corporation Location: Clay, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 08:38:55 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Project Management About the job Required Skills: •Executes assignments involving significant safety and health issues and risks, using judgment and experience in the application of scientific techniques and plans to reduce the potential for adverse impacts. •Integrates safety and health requirements into proposals, planning documents, design, construction, commissioning and startup, operations, schedules, procurement, and subcontract documents. •Provides input on bid decisions, proposal development, and estimates (scope, constraints, schedules, budgets) with respect to integration and compliance with safety and health requirements. •Interprets requirements and provides technical assistance within EHS teams and to other project groups regarding risk and hazard assessment, plan preparation, and EHS program execution. •Researches issues and regulatory requirements, performs studies and risk assessments, and prepares documentation and reports. •Performs safety studies, risk assessments, and other safety and health reviews. •Drafts and helps implement the project Safety and Health Management Plan, associated plans and procedures, and training program. •Helps establish emergency preparedness and performs incident investigations. Helps identify stakeholders and resolve their concerns.
