Required Skills: •Program & Project Management •Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Salesforce platform initiatives, coordinating across IT, business units, and external partners. •Own and maintain the platform roadmap, prioritizing competing business unit requests using structured frameworks. •Define and track platform success metrics (adoption rates, user satisfaction, cycle time) to demonstrate impact and guide roadmap decisions. •Communicate tradeoffs and priorities clearly to stakeholders at all levels. •Solution Development and Delivery •Lead the design, configuration, and development of Salesforce solutions, translating business needs into technical specifications. •Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and QA, resolving bugs and supporting smooth release and deployment. Qualifications: •Salesforce Administrator Certification required, with advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow. •Proven experience managing complex technical programs, translating business needs into scalable solutions, and leading change management through training, enablement, and rollout communications. •Demonstrated capacity to translate organizational strategy into a clear platform vision and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. •Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Airtable.
