Required Skills: •Lead the engineering strategy and execution for enabling customer AI agents to securely and reliably consume Twilio platform capabilities. •Build and scale systems that power AI agents for Twilio’s internal business operations, improving efficiency and automation. •Collaborate across product, platform, security, and go-to-market teams to identify high-impact AI agent use cases and deliver production-ready solutions. •Cultivate a high-performing engineering team by hiring, mentoring, and developing managers and engineers across a rapidly evolving technical space. •Drive operational excellence by establishing clear metrics, performing roadmap planning, and ensuring reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement. •Acquire new technical skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, high-delivery environment.
