This will include monitoring process health and investigating deviations, authoring and maintaining process documentation, and leading continuous improvement and optimization initiatives. •Investigate product or process failures and abnormalities, determine root cause, build corrective action plan and drive that plan to completion. •Implementation of improvements that help Entegris achieve its goal of being a best-in-class organization providing the highest quality product to its customers at the lowest possible cost. •Completion of critical projects in a manner that satisfies the customer (internal or external) within the agreed upon timeline and budget. •Actively facilitate and support Process and Manufacturing teams, Operators, Technicians to monitor and address reliability issues as they arise, troubleshoot complex issues, develop and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. •Lead equipment reliability projects and equipment continuous improvement projects for OEE (overall equipment effectiveness.) •Create, release, and train operators on maintenance Work Instruction, Troubleshooting Guides (TSG), Response Flow Checklists (RFCs) Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or similar technical degree Compensation: •$91,000 - $115,000 / year •Generous 401(K) plan with an impressive employer match Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
