Required Skills: •Manage and deliver a case load of employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability, appeals, leave of absence and absence management from the start of process through to conclusion •Act as a trusted advisor to managers providing clear and commercially focused advice aligned with employment law. •Ensure consistent application of ER policies and procedures balancing business needs with fair outcomes. •Mediate and facilitate discussions between employees and management to resolve disputes and improve relationships. •Maintain records of employee relations activity and provide reports to senior management. •Identifying trends and themes to support proactive initiatives and continuous improvement. •Upskill managers ensuring they understand the proactive role they can take to reduce ER issues. Monitor trends and feedback to HRBPs. •US Liaise with HLUS Legal and Compliance teams to ensure awareness of policy updates and best practice.
