The successful individual in this role will actively participate in all aspects of the testing of digital hardware for Silvus’ StreamCaster MANET product line. •This position is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, at Silvus Technologies’ headquarters in the heart of vibrant •The following is a list of at least some of the current essential job functions of the position. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time at its discretion. •Use electronics test equipment to evaluate system performance, evaluate compliance compatibility and troubleshoot operation issues. •Carry out hardware test execution and generate status and test reports. •Define verification matrix and internal specifications of performance. •Review test result data to ensure that actual performance meets expected requirements. Qualifications: •Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. •Hands-on experience using test equipment such as bench top power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscopes, thermal chambers. •Must be a U.S. Person (permanent resident or citizen) due to U.S. government contracts. •Employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test. •Test automation using Python or LabView. •Knowledge of guidelines for PCB layout. •Audio testing and characterization experience. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear summary of test status and any issues to broader team. •Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and work on several projects concurrently. •Detail oriented and have a firm commitment to quality.
