Required Skills: •Develop and own comprehensive test plans in accordance with the engineering design process (requirements → design → verification → validation → release). •Translate system and subsystem requirements into structured verification matrices and executable test procedures. •Lead electrical verification efforts at board, subsystem, and system levels. •Design and execute functional, environmental, regression, reliability, and stress testing. •Drive root cause analysis for electrical failures and implement corrective validation strategies. •Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and results. •Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Development •Design, build, and deploy automated test equipment for PCBAs, harnesses, power systems, and integrated assemblies. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred). •In-depth knowledge of the engineering design lifecycle and formal verification processes. •Hands-on experience developing automated test equipment and fixtures. •Proficiency with electrical lab instrumentation and measurement techniques. •Strong troubleshooting skills across analog, digital, power, and mixed-signal systems. •Operational familiarity with high-voltage power systems and battery integration. •Knowledge of manufacturing test and DFM/DFT principles.
