Required Skills: •Electrical Architecture & Design •Serve as the electrical hardware senior engineer ensuring proposed architectures, schematics, and component selections align with customer, system, and internal requirements. •Develop new electrical schematics for high‑volume EPS applications by creating standardized core circuit blocks (e.g., battery protection and filtering, motor position sensing, bulk capacitance, and gate drive architectures). •Create and maintain circuit analysis and design documentation tailored to specific use cases and customer requirements. •Review PCB layouts and provide detailed feedback to ensure signal integrity, power integrity, EMI robustness, and manufacturability. •Validation, Test, and Root Cause •Develop, execute, and peer‑review detailed circuit‑level test plans; assess results for completeness, accuracy, and robustness. •Support development and transfer of End‑of‑Line (EOL) functional test specifications.
