Required Skills: •Recognized consistently as a Best Place to Work, we empower our employee-owners to drive client success, contribute to meaningful projects, and grow their careers in a performance-driven, supportive culture. •This is a hands-on design role with opportunities to grow into increased leadership, client engagement, and project responsibility. •One-line diagrams, electrical area classification plans, grounding layouts, lighting plans, and raceway/conduit routing plans. •Conduit and cable schedules, power plans, equipment layouts, and interconnection diagrams. •Select, specify, and review electrical equipment, including switchgear, MCCs, VFDs, transformers, UPS, PDCs, and power panels. •Perform and oversee electrical system studies, including load flow, short circuit, arc-flash, and coordination using ETAP or SKM. •Execute and validate electrical calculations (e.g., cable sizing, voltage drop, conduit sizing/fill, short circuit levels). •Review and approve vendor submittals, BOMs, and support equipment procurement. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree from an ABET-accredited program and 7 years of electrical engineering experience.EPC project experience preferred. •A master's Degree can substitute for 1 year of relevant experience. •Expert knowledge in standard engineering techniques and procedures. Strong knowledge of electrical equipment design, ANSI, and IEEE •Standards. Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment. •Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to perform quality reviews for detailed engineering documents and specifications. •Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred. •This job posting will remain open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filled.
