Required Skills: •The successful candidate will work in the Land Department performing various administrative and land tasks related to day-to-day as well as acquisition based. •The individual will work closely with other Land Department staff, Accounting Department as well as Technical staff to ensure that the Company's responsibilities to working interest and royalty owners are met. •Responsible for maintaining the Company's ownership records in an organized manner, maintaining owner's ownership information (working interest, royalty interest, override interest) in our systems and working with the Accounting Department to create new ownership decks and process ownership changes. •The individual will need excellent communication skills to interact with Royalty and Working Interest Owners. •Maintain positive relationship with owners and Working Interest Partners. •Assist with inputting relevant ownership information into OGSys. •Support Land staff with day-to-day duties as well as responsibilities created during acquisitions. •Detail-Oriented & Organized: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
