Required Skills: •Report into the VP, FP&A. •This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. •The base pay for this role is: $218,592-$286,902 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, company equity grant, and annual performance bonuses. •Drive business-unit-specific, consolidated budget & re-forecasting processes to ensure alignment with operating plan, external guidance, and overall financial targets •Provide valuable insights of performance on an ongoing basis to leadership. •Lead the production and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, highlighting key trends and variances for leadership and investor relations. •Develop & support cost allocation management and frameworks that align with the operating model. •Execute business-unit financial strategy including the identification, validation, and tracking of initiatives that improve overall financial performance. Qualifications: •Masters Degree; Business Administration, Finance, or Financial Analysis. •Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery to analyze large data sets. •Proficiency working with NetSuite and Adaptive. •Strong analytical & problem solving mindset. •Excellent communication skills and executive presence. •This is an authentic Oscar Health job opportunity.
