Required Skills: •Lead the Project Controls organization including cost control, estimating, planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting. •Establish standards, procedures, and KPIs across the capital portfolio. •Oversee project cost forecasting, earned value management, cash flow forecasting, and executive reporting. •Ensure development and maintenance of integrated master schedules. •Lead estimating activities from conceptual through detailed project phases. •Manage EPC/EPCM contractor compliance with project controls requirements. •Direct portfolio risk management, change control, and contingency management processes. •Provide executive-level reporting and decision support to senior leadership.
