Hiring: Senior Director, People Partnerships Company: Inovalon Location: Tampa, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 12:42:10 Target Skills & Keywords : Change Management, HIPAA About the job Experience: •15+ years of professional experience within a strategic, senior human resources capacity, including 8+ years of management experience Required Skills: •Serve as a senior strategic People partner to assigned executives and business leaders, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, performance, and employee matters •Build strong relationships with senior leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into practical people strategies that support organizational goals •Partner closely with the People Business Partner team to drive consistency in how HR programs, processes, and practices are delivered across the organization •Identify opportunities to elevate the PBP model from primarily transactional support to proactive, strategic business partnership •Establish clear expectations, standards, and best practices for effective People Business Partner support, including executive partnership, organizational design, talent planning, workforce insights, and change management •Assess the current People Business Partner operating model, including roles, responsibilities, capabilities, business alignment, capacity, and opportunities to strengthen the function •Support organizational design, restructuring, workforce planning, succession planning, talent reviews, and other key business transformation initiatives •Use workforce data and people insights to identify trends, organizational risks, talent needs, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations for leaders Qualifications: •Expert business knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of the organization and functional area(s) •Advanced leadership skills •Able to apply relevant principles, concepts, and technologies in the execution of responsibilities •Minimum 15+ years of professional experience within a strategic, senior human resources capacity, including 8+ years of management experience •In-depth knowledge of change management and process excellence principles; application of these principles to solve complex business problems •Analytically driven; fluent with data-driven analysis and performance metrics, including data visualization •Broad business and financial understanding and the ability to apply it to human capital implications •Demonstrated capacity to think strategically, synthesize business data, and develop innovative and holistic HR solutions that are forward-thinking and growth-oriented •Proven collaboration skills with the ability to gain consensus through personal influence; and Demonstrated ability to invite diverse perspectives, promote an inclusive work environment, and support workforce diversity. •Bachelor's degree in Arts/Sciences (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent education/experience; and PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
