Required Skills: •Lead global pharmacovigilance and risk management activities for assigned investigational and/or marketed products. •Develop and execute proactive benefit-risk and safety strategies throughout clinical development and post-marketing. •Continuously evaluate product safety profiles and oversee signal detection, safety surveillance, and safety issue management. •Provide medical oversight and scientific leadership for safety analyses using clinical trial and post-marketing data. •Risk Management Plans (RMPs) •Development Safety Update Reports (DSURs) •Periodic Benefit-Risk Evaluation Reports (PBRERs) •Chair or participate in cross-functional safety governance committees and lead discussions on emerging safety issues. Qualifications: •MD, DO, or international medical degree equivalent. •Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in clinical practice, pharmaceutical industry, research, or a combination thereof. •Previous leadership experience leading projects, cross-functional teams, or strategic initiatives. •In-depth knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations and benefit-risk assessment across both clinical development and marketed products. •Excellent medical judgment with the ability to analyze complex safety data and communicate recommendations to senior leadership. •Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. •Board certification or specialty training is a plus. •Willingness to travel periodically for key internal and external meetings.
