Required Skills: •This position reports to the Deputy Director, of the Office of Economic Opportunity in BIEA. •Oversee the data collection for and production of OEO quarterly participation reports •Write and oversee narrative and data portions of the OEO Annual Report •Oversee the production of the Disparity Study •Provide other monthly/quarterly data reports •Provide ad hoc data reports as needed •Perform maintenance in/on OEO software programs (e.g. B2GNow) as needed •Oversee, with analyst, the monthly import of the OEO registry to Finance to be entered into ACIS, Reviewing to assure that OEO’s documents are attached to contracts in ACIS Qualifications: •The following statement represents the minimum training and experience •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with major course work in a quantitative subject such as statistics, economics, applied mathematics with at least 12 semester credit hours in quantitative methods, AND at least 7 years of relevant experience in economic development or business-related settings. •OR Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, in business administration, statistics or other related fields which has been deemed acceptable by the Office of Human Resources.
