Required Skills: •Responsible for advancing Alpha Delta Pi’s long-term growth strategy by identifying opportunities, designing scalable initiatives, and leading enterprise projects that strengthen membership growth, organizational competitiveness, and market position. •Serving as the organization’s strategic leader for growth initiatives, this role evaluates demographic, higher education, and membership trends to develop recommendations and initiatives that expand Alpha Delta Pi’s reach, strengthen engagement across the membership journey, and position the Sorority for sustained growth and relevance. •Develop and recommend long-term organizational growth strategies aligned with Alpha Delta Pi’s strategic priorities and future vision. •Identify emerging opportunities that strengthen organizational reach, membership growth, and competitive position. •Lead enterprise growth initiatives that advance organizational priorities through cross-functional collaboration and strategic project management. •Evaluate demographic, enrollment, and higher education trends to inform future growth opportunities and organizational planning. •Provide strategic recommendations to organizational leadership regarding investments, opportunities, and initiatives that support sustainable growth. •Extension Strategy & Market Development Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional experience preferred.
