Responsible for financial reporting to Churchill Downs Incorporated. Qualifications: •Management abilities demonstrated in effectively managing finance operations. •Excellent analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. •Strong leadership and management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading diverse teams. •Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior and executive management required. •Adherence to Code of Conduct and all Calder Casino policies and procedures. •Maintain and promote our business strategy. •Maintain an open-door policy for Team Members to allow open communication. •Strong oral and written communications. •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required. •Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred.
