Required Skills: •Develop and execute the company's investor relations strategy, ensuring the investment community has a clear understanding of the company's strategy, performance, growth opportunities, transformation priorities, and long-term value creation objectives. •Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors on investor sentiment, shareholder expectations, ownership trends, valuation drivers, capital allocation perspectives, market dynamics, and emerging risks and opportunities. •Gather, analyze, and synthesize market intelligence, including investor feedback, analyst perspectives and models, peer and competitive performance, valuation trends, shareholder composition, and broader capital markets developments; translate insights into actionable recommendations for executive leadership and the Board. •Lead the company’s investor-facing communications and engagement, including quarterly earnings materials and calls, investor presentations, Analyst Days, conferences, roadshows, shareholder outreach, annual meeting support, and other high-profile investor interactions. •Partner with Finance, Legal, Communications, Strategy, and business leaders to ensure accurate, transparent, consistent, and compliant investor communications and public disclosures, including earnings materials, SEC filings, annual reports, proxy materials, and other shareholder communications. •Shape investor communications around significant strategic and business transformation initiatives, translating complex enterprise changes, strategic transactions, and capital allocation decisions into clear and credible external narratives and preparing executive leadership for periods of heightened investor and market attention. •Monitor shareholder composition, governance trends, analyst coverage, trading dynamics, and capital markets developments, advising leadership on potential implications for enterprise value, investor confidence, and the company’s market positioning. •Lead and develop a high-performing Investor Relations function, establishing strong capabilities, processes, performance measures, and best practices that increase the effectiveness and impact of the function. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Communications, or a related field. •Significant public-company Investor Relations experience, including direct involvement in earnings, investor and analyst engagement, public disclosures, and executive preparation. •Comprehensive expertise in capital markets, valuation methodologies, financial statements and performance metrics, investor expectations, shareholder engagement practices, tech/software valuation metrics, and capital allocation considerations. •Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, Regulation FD, disclosure requirements, securities laws, and public-company reporting obligations. •Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial, strategic, competitive, and market information and translate it into a clear and compelling investment narrative. •Proven ability to establish credibility and influence with investors, analysts, executive leadership teams, and Boards of Directors. •Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics with clarity and precision. •Strong business and financial acumen, analytical rigor, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in high-visibility situations with competing priorities and tight deadlines. •Strong executive presence and the ability to represent the company effectively with investors, analysts, rating agencies, and other external stakeholders. •MBA, CFA, CPA, or other relevant advanced degree or professional designation.
