Required Skills: •Define and execute the multi-year vision and roadmap for the integration organization. •Establish a scalable operating model that balances customer flexibility with standardization, efficiency, and long-term maintainability. •Transform integration delivery from highly customized approaches toward reusable frameworks, repeatable methodologies, and standardized implementation patterns. •Develop governance models, operating metrics, and executive reporting to drive accountability and continuous improvement. •Leverage automation, AI, accelerators, and reusable assets to improve implementation quality, predictability, and productivity. •Standardization, Serviceability & Support Excellence •Establish enterprise standards for integration architecture, implementation methodologies, testing, documentation, monitoring, and operational support. •Increase consistency across implementations by reducing unnecessary customization and promoting approved integration patterns.
