Oversee global implementation in close coordination with regional Compliance teams and business leaders to ensure global consistency and local relevance. •Provide oversight and strategic leadership for global compliance programs, including governance routines, third‑party management programs, and process‑optimization efforts that strengthen operational excellence and regulatory adherence. Oversight and management of government inquiries related to Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption. •Establish and lead the global strategy for the compliance policy ecosystem, including governance structures, lifecycle management, and periodic review processes. Partner with cross functional teams to ensure a cohesive, user friendly, and fully integrated global policy framework. •Analyze and present strategic recommendations to leadership, advising on compliance implications related to growth strategies, M&A/integration activities, go to market models, and product launches. •Define, track, and report on key performance indicators to assess global compliance program effectiveness. Identify gaps and oversee the implementation of corrective or enhancement measures as needed. •Establish a robust talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies and responsibility for the desired culture of the organization •Oversee the global compliance training curriculum and communications strategy, ensuring content is risk‑based, engaging, and aligned with global program priorities. •Actively facilitate and support Compliance program on respective governance and reporting requirements as appropriate.
