Required Skills: •Lead and oversee the coordination and development of the annual budget across all departments, resulting in annual consolidated company and business level targets. •Preparation of material for monthly leadership reviews and quarterly Board and lender meetings; providing direct support to the CEO and CFO. •Support strategic initiatives with ad hoc modeling requiring in depth understanding of the Company business, strong business acumen, and creation of sometimes complex financial models. •Lead team in development of monthly P&L variance analysis, data driven analytics of key leading indicators, and preparation of executive commentary. •Work closely with the accounting team to ensure a timely and accurate financial month-end close for consolidated and line of business results. •Collaboration with business leaders to provide financial insights, support business initiatives, and drive operational efficiency. •Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and business leads, providing insights on financial performance, risks, and opportunities. •Support reporting for, and integration of, merger and acquisition activity.
