Champion talent growth, enhance engagement across the global function, and empower the team to deliver exceptional results aligned with business objectives. •Lead the finance team in delivering accurate FP&A reporting and provide clear, insightful updates to executive leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. •Lead and actively contribute to the Strategic Planning process, partnering with Product Management, Commercial, Engineering, and Operations team to align priorities. Oversee development of long-term financial projections and ensure preparation for the Executive Leadership Team. •Own the annual budgeting process, partnering closely with divisional leadership and plant controllers to set strategic direction and establish aligned financial targets. •Direct the monthly forecasting process across all divisional operating plans, ensuring accurate consolidation and timely corporate reporting. Lead the monthly close process and facilitate comprehensive financial operating review with executive leadership. •Provide leadership across the Division on design and daily monitoring of KPI’s that deliver the budget / forecast, (e.g. commercial volume, standard profit, plant operational ops, SIOP, etc), driving accountability to ensure plan to deliver the plan. •Champion continuous improvement by streamlining recurring financial processes, leveraging technology and tools, and implementing standardized procedures to reduce cycle times. Drive efficiency initiatives while embedding Regal Rexnord’s 80/20 principles into operational practices. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
