Required Skills: •An embedded and trusted senior advisor to Studio & Franchise businesses& teams; and An experienced & demonstrated leader in the Global Finance organization, contributing to strategic functional initiatives and transformation. •Supported by a team of  ~10 employees, you will report to the Vice-President of FP&A, EA Studios, while partnering closely with Shooters / ARPG leadership. •Partner with senior leaders across the business, including our SVP / General Managers, Heads of Operations & Publishing, Executive Producers and their leadership teams to support all financial elements associated with the successful execution of our Shooters / ARPG strategies. •Partner closely with studio /franchise leaders to drive the business and ongoing value creation & profitable growth. Provide actionable insights with a lens towards strategic execution and return on investments. •Manage the holistic health of our various & collective businesses, including full P&L responsibility. •Lead the financial planning process, including the long-range, annual, and in-year planning cycles. Partner cross-functionally to develop& manage operating metrics that support financial planning. •Establish and track performance measurements across all major offerings and projects. •Provide ad-hoc financial and decision support analysis in service of strategies & performance.
