Required Skills: •Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provides strategic and financial partnership to EA’s Leadership team. We achieve this through engaging with our partners to influence and help deliver our broad strategy, providing strategic decision support and insights to guide EA’s performance. •An embedded and trusted senior advisor to Studio & Franchise businesses & teams; and An experienced & demonstrated leader in the Global Finance organization, contributing to strategic functional initiatives and transformation. •Supported by a team of ~10 employees, you will report to the Vice-President of FP&A, EA Studios, while partnering closely with EA Studios central leadership. You will work a hybrid work model defined as 3 days a week in an EA office. •Partner closely with studio and finance leaders to drive the business and ongoing value creation & profitable growth. Provide actionable insights with a lens towards strategic execution and return on investments. •Manage the holistic health of our various & collective EA Studio business, including full P&L responsibility. •Lead the financial planning process, including the long-range, annual, and in-year planning cycles. Partner cross-functionally to develop& manage operating metrics that support financial planning. •Manage other recurring, enterprise processes on behalf of EA Studios, including title plan, investment prioritization & gating, management reporting. •Drive regular communications with President / Chief Studios Officer, COO EA Studios, and broader EA Studio Leadership Team to ensure connectiveness on activities above and facilitate alignment &key decision-making.
