Required Skills: •Shape and continuously enhance EA's next generation of incentive compensation incorporating an understanding of public and private entity strategies and designs to support enterprise priorities, performance and competitive positioning. •Lead the design of governance and operating operating model processes for executive compensation with the understanding of public and private entity environments, including charter, partnership roles, planning, analysis, and preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee and executives. •Oversee long-term incentive program design, developing approaches that uniquely support EA’s businesses balanced with internal equity, financial effectiveness, alignment with talent strategies and ability to efficiently administer. •Develop training, communications, and on-going status to aid PE partners, program participants and their leaders in understanding the connections across the business from goals, results and into pay. •Partner with Finance on forecasting and performance measures, and manage end-to-end program operations, controls, and planning inputs. •Partner cross-functionally with Talent, Global Compensation, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to deliver integrated executive compensation programs, supporting global alignment and contributing to mergers and acquisitions due diligence as needed.
