You will act as both a product owner and strategic advisor, partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities, build business cases, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver scalable analytical solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. •Own analytics products throughout the full lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through development, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, technical depth, stakeholder management, and a passion for transforming how organizations make decisions through data. •Partner with Supply Chain and Technology and Data teams to identify opportunities and deliver analytics solutions that drive measurable business value. •Lead the design, development, and deployment of analytics and digital products that improve decision-making, service, operational efficiency, and cost. •Translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, and automation solutions. •Manage analytics initiatives from concept through deployment, driving stakeholder alignment and user adoption. •Influence stakeholders across functions and support organizational adoption of new capabilities and processes. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
