Required Skills: •We are seeking a to help advance our DevOps practice and enable secure, reliable, and efficient software delivery across the organization. This role will partner closely with Software Development, Infrastructure, Security, Support, and business stakeholders to automate processes, improve platform reliability, and accelerate delivery. •The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about continuous improvement. •Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related automation tools. •Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, ARM Templates, and Bicep. •Partner with development teams to improve software delivery, deployment automation, and release processes. •Implement and promote DevOps, DevSecOps, and platform engineering best practices. •Support change management processes and ensure compliance with organizational governance requirements. •Partner cross-functionally with Security and Compliance teams to support SOC 2, ITGC, HIPAA, and HITRUST controls. Qualifications: •In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development practices. •Hands-on experience building and supporting enterprise CI/CD pipelines. •GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions •Source control and release management practices •Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and Change Request management. •Operational familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks including SOC 2, ITGC, HIPAA, and HITRUST. •Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Self-starter who proactively identifies challenges and delivers solutions. •Comfortable navigating ambiguity and overcoming roadblocks.
