Required Skills: •Develop and execute DVT strategies, test plans, and automated test frameworks. •Validate embedded firmware, hardware, communications, and system functionality. •Build Python-based test automation and regression environments. •Interface directly with interfaces including Ethernet, I2C, SPI, UART, SMBus, and industrial protocols •Use oscilloscopes, power analysers, logic/protocol analysers, programmable supplies, and other lab equipment. •Troubleshoot complex hardware/firmware issues and drive root-cause resolution. •Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, systems, and quality teams. •Mentor engineers and contribute to verification strategy at Staff level. Qualifications: •BESS, solar, power electronics, EV charging, or grid-connected systems experience. •Grid standards, power-system simulation, or hardware-in-the-loop experience. •Technical leadership or mentoring experience. •Fully on-site in Austin, TX.
