AWR/ASH/ADDM, SQL and PL/SQL tuning, wait event analysis, Query Store, execution plan analysis, DMVs, blocking/deadlock resolution, index and statistics tuning. •Understanding capacity planning, scalability, and performance modeling for database workloads, including storage throughput, memory, CPU, and network requirements. Required Skills: •10% Support and maintain additional RDBMS platforms including MySQL and DB2 as needed. Act as a flexible team member capable of stepping into database platforms outside primary expertise when required, ensuring operational continuity across the broader database portfolio. Qualifications: •Knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and the function of key services supporting database workloads •Knowledge of key elements of cloud/AWS architecture and their function. •Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training •Oracle Database Administration Certified Professional •Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator •Not eligible for Visa sponsorship or transfer. •This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement within the state of California.
