Required Skills: •Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Database Administrator III opportunity to support a Federal Government client. •Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award. •Planned Systems International (PSI) is an enterprise IT services company that designs, builds, secures, and operates software solutions that support mission success and operational excellence across Federal Government organizations. •PSI is seeking an AMOC Senior Database Administrator III to provide full-time, on-site support to the CBP Air and Marine Operations Center. •This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing database environments that support C4I systems, AMOSS, ISR platforms, and associated mission applications, ensuring data availability, integrity, security, and performance in alignment with operational requirements. •Administer, maintain, and optimize database systems supporting AMOSS, ISR, and C4I environments. •Monitor database performance and implement tuning and optimization strategies. •Ensure data integrity, availability, and security across all database platforms Qualifications: •Demonstrated understanding of operational requirements and ability to apply technical procedures in mission environments. •Administering enterprise-level database systems in operational environments. •Performing database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting. •Managing backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes. •Supporting database security, access controls, and compliance requirements. •Integrating databases with applications and system architectures. •Working within DoD, DHS, or similar Federal environments. •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; experience may substitute. •Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
