Required Skills: •Own architecture across data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and serving layers. •Design improvements that optimize warehouse costs, compute efficiency, access control, reliability, and observability. •Lead large cross-functional projects and multiple concurrent technical initiatives from design through delivery. •Develop monitoring, testing, and alerting systems to improve production visibility and reliability. •Enhance orchestration, CI/CD, data access, and developer experience across the platform. •Mentor data and analytics engineers and provide technical guidance on architecture and data modeling decisions. •Develop practical AI-powered tools and automation to increase engineering efficiency and team leverage. •Troubleshoot production data infrastructure and resolve complex pipeline and platform issues.
