Leverage deep expertise in Financial Accounting, FP&A, and enterprise reporting to translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into technical deliverables. •Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate and optimize financial close processes, forecasting models, and management reporting through advanced data architecture. •Delivery & Team Leadership Qualifications: •Large-scale Data Engineering & SAP: Hands-on experience in data engineering and SAP data platforms, including the optimization and management of large-scale data architectures. Experience supporting heavy transaction workflows and processing high volumes of complex financial and operational data is strongly preferred. •Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Financial Accounting principles, FP&A cycles, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards. •Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in managing complex technology, change delivery and leading a mix of internal staff and contract labor. •Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate high-level business objectives into concrete, actionable technical roadmaps. •Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical financial stakeholders. •This position guides teams in the execution of agile initiatives to deliver customer value.
