Qualifications: •Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Database Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Database Engineering deliverables. •Review and analyze moderately complex Database Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. •Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Database Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. •Partner cross-functionally with client personnel in Database Engineering. •4 plus years of Database Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. •Part of Product Transformation for TCOO. •Overall transformation for product and AI tools. •Finding bottlenecks, development lifecycles, tracking and managing agile metrics. •Proving what good looks like and building the narrative of how they’re improving development in the organization. •Right now there’s not a great data ecosystem that allows for pulling together data from multiple data sources ranging from BI tools to manual spreadsheets.
