Qualifications: •The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on Power BI expertise with strong enterprise analytics, data modeling, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities. •Demonstrated advanced experience developing and supporting production analytics solutions with Microsoft Power BI. •Strong command of DAX and Power Query. •Proven experience designing, building, or maintaining semantic models and governed analytical datasets. •In-depth knowledge of enterprise BI architecture, KPI design, reporting standards, and analytical product development. •Operational familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or a comparable modern analytics platform. •Solid functional working knowledge of analytics security, data governance, data quality, metadata, and access-control practices. •Demonstrated capacity to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable analytical solutions. •Strong stakeholder-management skills across requirements discovery, solution delivery, user acceptance, and adoption. •Demonstrated capacity to investigate and resolve analytical, semantic-modeling, performance, reconciliation, and data-quality challenges.
