Provide recommendations on reporting solutions formats, layouts, and delivery mechanisms. •Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to design, implement, and maintain robust reporting solutions that effectively communicate complex data analysis findings, insights, and recommendations. •Capability to explore/interrogate AI-driven solutions in a practical manner, being open to new ideas but prioritizing important over interesting. •Be vocal in proposing technical solutions to stakeholders based on best-practices, avoid manual or “offline” reporting solutions where possible. •Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data visualization and reporting techniques. •Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering EDRO members and IT to enhance data warehouse and technical reporting capabilities. •Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of technical reports, adhering to established quality standards. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required, with concentration in Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative discipline preferred. •Minimum of 6 years high-level data analysis experience required; must be able to visualize and interpret data. •Power BI or an equivalent enterprise business intelligence platform (at least 3 years) •Snowflake or similar data warehouse/datalake platform •Proficiency with SQL querying and knowledge of data modeling preferred. •Data regression modeling and forecasting experience preferred. •Comfort working asynchronously as part of a Global (UK + US) team – morning(US) availability is essential. •Meticulous attention to detail with an appreciation for the relationship between data quality, key performance indicators, and the Company’s success. •Strong written and oral communication skills, combining listening skills with the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively. •Demonstrated capacity to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
