Required Skills: •Leads MPL’s data analytics and visualization development, providing subject-matter expertise in troubleshooting, advanced visualization coaching, and solution development. Serves as the lead FSP data analyst for Damage Prevention, Sustainable Landscapes, PE, and Fleet. •Owns the metrics and KPIs sub-elements within the Assurance Element of MPL’s Operational Excellence Management System. •Provides strategic planning support for MPL-wide dashboards, goals, and metrics. •Oversees the FSP budget and serves as the liaison among BP&A, FSP process leaders, and FSP leadership. •Maintains MPL’s Vehicle Approval Process and supports the vehicle fleet budget. •Acquires, cleans, and prepares data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability; maintains knowledge of key systems and retrieves data as needed. •Analyzes large datasets to identify meaningful insights and trends. •Develops and implements analytical models to forecast trends and outcomes. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required.
