For security reasons, the specific customer location is not listed; full details are provided upon employment and indoctrination. •Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots Windows and RHEL 8.x operating systems supporting Everfox appliances in both physical and virtual environments. •Creates, maintains, and troubleshoots virtual hosts running on ESXi or Hyper-V. •Monitors and troubleshoots performance issues impacting Everfox products onsite. •Reviews and remediates security vulnerabilities or controls based on STIGs or scanning reports. •Installs firmware updates on physical hardware including DellEMC and HPE servers, SANs, switches, firewalls, and other components. •Collaborates with product support and development teams to resolve issues or bugs identified in customer-deployed products. •Works directly with onsite government, contractor, or subcontractor staff as first-line support for deployed products.
