The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team while promoting Turner & Townsend's purpose, values, and vision. •Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle. •Provide estimating, cost planning, and commercial management services, including producing and presenting final cost plans. •Review and participate with design teams and contractors in the development of project cost estimates. •Reconcile changes and assist contractors in validating quantity and pricing information. •Meet with project stakeholders to gather status updates and prepare cost estimate updates and forecasts. •Prepare written comments and executive summaries on contractor submissions. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction discipline. •Minimum 5-7 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, commercial management, or project controls within the construction industry. •Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred. •RICS accreditation or progress toward accreditation is preferred. •Good understanding of construction industry technical matters, including estimating, procurement strategies, value management, value engineering, and change management. •Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. •On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our clients' needs.* •Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
