This individual will play a key role in supporting full-cycle recruiting, new-hire onboarding, and broader HR initiatives while delivering a highly polished, white-glove experience to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. •The ideal candidate is a strong recruiter who can manage searches from intake through onboarding, partner effectively with external recruiting agencies, assess talent thoughtfully, and keep multiple searches moving in a fast-paced environment. •This role is well suited for someone with both in-house and/or executive search or staffing agency experience who brings strong business acumen, high emotional intelligence, excellent judgment, and a highly organized approach. •In addition to recruiting, this individual will support the company’s annual summer internship program and gain exposure to broader People initiatives, including employee events, offboarding, process improvement, and special projects. •Support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate roles, from initial intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, closing, and onboarding. •Partner closely with the Recruiting Manager and hiring leaders to understand role requirements and keep searches moving with urgency.
