Hiring: Senior Coordinator: Student Recruitment Company: Mayer Brown Location: New York, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:59:42 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : CV, Microsoft Office About the job Experience: •Minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting or human resources experience, required •Prior recruiting experience in a legal, professional or academic setting, preferred Required Skills: •Facilitates and coordinates aspects of the office’s Summer Associate Program by overseeing orientation, attending/facilitating trainings and events, and supporting the work assignment and performance feedback processes •Facilitates the selection of venues and handling of vendor contracts within budget parameters •Coordinates with US counterparts and leaders on national programming and initiatives where needed •Enhances relationships with law schools including in the New York-area by coordinating sponsorships, events and other initiatives to increase the Firm’s visibility on-campus. Assesses progress and provides creative and innovative solutions •Organizes data compilation and report generation as requested •Coordinates interviewer materials and collateral promotional materials such as advertisements, brochures and gifts; updates job postings where appropriate •Coordinates the hiring of 3L students and post-clerkship hires, if needed •Demonstrates proficiency with recruiting databases and systems.
