Required Skills: •You’ll lead automation controls engineering efforts across production lines and equipment. •You’ll design, program, test, and optimize PLC- and HMI-based control systems. •You’ll support machine automation technologies, including motion control, machine vision, industrial robotics, sensors, safety systems, and related control devices. •You’ll develop control strategies to improve cycle time, reliability, quality, and throughput. •You’ll write, debug, and implement PLC and HMI applications, primarily in Rockwell Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk platforms. •Your day-to-day will include developing automation logic, control sequences, interlocks, alarms, and user interfaces. •You’ll integrate automation equipment with plant-floor systems, including sensors, robots, instrumentation, and data acquisition devices. •You’ll partner with equipment suppliers, manufacturing engineering, and operations to implement new equipment and upgrades.
