Hiring: Senior Contracts Analyst Company: Marathon Petroleum Corporation Location: Findlay, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 13:39:28 Employment Type: Full-time About the job Experience: •Four (4) years experience required. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills Required Skills: •Reviews contracts for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards; escalates items requiring legal review and engages stakeholders as appropriate •Evaluates and mitigates risks associated with contract terms and conditions •Recommends contract revisions to align with legal requirements and business objectives •Manages the contract lifecycle, including initiation, drafting, execution, and renewal. •Reviews, drafts, and fulfills Direct Dealer Financing requests •Maintains an accurate, centralized repository for contract records and documentation •Tracks contractual obligations, deadlines, monthly reporting, and adherence requirements •Identifies opportunities to reduce risk, improve outcomes, and enhance contract management processes Qualifications: •Accountability - Take ownership of actions and behaviors.
