Hiring: Senior Contract Administrator Company: Cabaletta Bio Location: Philadelphia, PA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:12:44 Employment Type: Contract / Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office About the job Experience: •2-4 years prior experience as a contract specialist, contract administrator, corporate paralegal, or similar role, preferably within a publicly traded company, start-up, or law firm. •2-5 years of experience working with contracts in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry, whether gained from an industry role, a Contract Research Organization (CRO), or an academic/university research setting. •4 years prior experience as a contract specialist, contract administrator, corporate paralegal, or similar role, preferably within a publicly traded company, start-up, or law firm. •5 years of experience working with contracts in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry, whether gained from an industry role, a Contract Research Organization (CRO), or an academic/university research setting. Required Skills: •Review, draft, redline, and negotiate commercial and research agreements, including Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs/NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), consulting agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), clinical trial site agreements and supply agreements. •Identify and escalate legal, business, and regulatory risks to Legal Department attorneys, providing recommended contract language and risk mitigation strategies. •Organize, maintain, and manage contract files ensuring accurate recordkeeping, version control, and timely execution. •Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain and Human Resources teams to support contract needs across the organization. •Develop and maintain standard contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks to reflect current legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree with at least 2-4 years prior experience as a contract specialist, contract administrator, corporate paralegal, or similar role, preferably within a publicly traded company, start-up, or law firm. •Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working with contracts in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry, whether gained from an industry role, a Contract Research Organization (CRO), or an academic/university research setting. •Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage various contracts simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex contractual and regulatory concepts to non-legal stakeholders. •Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in legal documents and contract databases. •Proactive and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. •Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal software applications. •For more information, please visit https://www.cabalettabio.com/join-our-crew •Our most important asset is our people, and we offer competitive benefits, PTO, and stock option plans.
