Required Skills: •Serve as an interface and point of contact with Government program authorities, including Integrated Product Team (IPT) members, Software Support Activities (SSA), Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members, and Program Management Air (PMA) members. •Serve as Scrum Master and coach, guide, mentor, and instructor to ensure teams understand the Scrum framework, values, and practices. •Provide SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) and Solution Training Engineer (STE) courses of instruction to contractor employees and government civilians. •Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data-processing problems to implement and improve computer systems. •Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems. •Review computer system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitations. •Analyze or recommend commercially available software as appropriate. •Review program plans for specific weapon systems, subsystems, equipment, or information technology systems.
