Our products power entertainment in social and gaming venues around the globe—and we’re growing fast! •If you're looking for a career that’s exciting, meaningful, and full of opportunity, Arrow is the place to be. •Design, implement, and continuously improve a comprehensive charitable gaming compliance program for the company, encompassing all technical and operational requirements for our products and services at the manufacturer and distributor level. •Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with applicable charitable gaming statutes and regulations. •Oversee compliance monitoring, auditing, and reporting functions, and escalate issues to the Chief Legal Officer, as appropriate. •Ensure timely submission of regulatory filings, reports, and disclosures across all licensed jurisdictions. •Monitor regulatory developments, legislative changes, and emerging trends affecting charitable gaming, and assess the impact of these on operations and advise accordingly. Qualifications: •Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school required. •Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction required, with the ability to become licensed in Ohio. •High degree of professional integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.
