Industry experience is preferred. Required Skills: •Implements quality assurance measures to verify the integrity and effectiveness of completion and recompletion procedures, conducting inspections and audits as required. •Builds technical recommendations and provides business case to leadership in a concise, constructive, knowledgeable format that includes detailed implications for risk, business priorities, and value, integrates multi-discipline knowledge in technical recommendations, and may communicate technical recommendations to leadership. •Participates in post-job reviews to identify areas for improvement in completion and recompletion processes, contributing to the continuous improvement culture within the organization. •Engages with technical teams to develop comprehensive completion and recompletion plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives and identifying necessary adjustments. •Maintains meticulous records of daily operations and expenditures, including the creation and review of wellbore schematics, as well as the generation of graphs and spreadsheets to facilitate data analysis and reporting. •Conducts technical analyses and evaluations of completion and recompletion operations, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement. •Collaborates closely with the Completions Foreman and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Department to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, proactively addressing any compliance concerns. •Exercises the authority to halt operations in the presence of unsafe conditions or suspected hazards, prioritizing the well-being of personnel and environmental protection.
