Required Skills: •Serve as the primary compensation advisor for Alliance Air Products and Mexico-based operations. •Design, develop, and maintain compensation structures and job frameworks that support business growth and market competitiveness. •Conduct job evaluations, market pricing analyses, and compensation benchmarking for professional, managerial, and leadership roles. •Partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance, recommendations, and insights. •Support compensation governance across U.S. and Mexican operations while helping ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. •Lead compensation projects related to organizational growth, acquisitions, workforce integration, and process improvement. •Participate in annual compensation programs, including salary structure updates, merit planning, and compensation reviews. •Develop compensation tools, reporting, dashboards, and analytical models that enable informed decision-making. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). •Professional fluency in both English and Spanish, including the ability to conduct business discussions and presentations in both languages. •Strong knowledge of job evaluation, job architecture, leveling, and compensation program administration. •Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills. •Demonstrated ability to consult with leaders and influence compensation-related decisions. •Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. •Knowledge of Mexican labor practices, compensation regulations, and benefits programs. (preferred) •Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or progress toward certification. (preferred) •Operational familiarity with HRIS and compensation systems such as Workday, Payfactors, or similar platforms.
