Required Skills: •Provide compensation consulting support to help OCI attract and retain key talent. •Partner with HRBPs to prepare and execute annual compensation programs. •Engage with the Talent Advisory organization to ensure the offer process effectively recruits needed talent including critical and senior level roles. •Partner with other areas of compensation to provide business-relevant feedback and critical insights and participate in cross-functional projects. •Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work processes and implement innovative approaches. •May provide ad hoc and planned support to the OCI compensation consulting team. •May participate in cross functional programs and projects as well as train & mentor team members. Qualifications: •Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as the ability to build dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data. Data driven person who can think creatively and weave data and insights together into a story. •Proven relationship management and influencing skills with the ability to build effective business partnerships. •Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills. •Mastery of Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with annual compensation program systems. •Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements. •Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only •US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 - $209,500 per year.
