It is estimated based on what a successful applicant in the relevant state might be paid. ** Required Skills: •The position partners with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and business leaders to maintain accurate job and compensation data, support informed pay decisions, assist with annual and year-end compensation processes, and build the foundational data and processes necessary for the future development of job grades and salary structures. •Create, update, standardize, and maintain company job descriptions across all business functions through periodic reviews. •Conduct job analyses to confirm essential duties, qualifications, reporting relationships, and organizational alignment. •Support consistent treatment of FLSA classification, ADA considerations, EEO language, and other job description requirements. •Administer job description review, collaboration, and approval workflows within Payscale Job Description Manager. •Serve as the primary administrator and internal subject matter resource for Payscale. •Conduct market pricing, job matching, and compensation benchmarking using Payscale and other approved survey sources. •Analyze internal and external compensation data to support hiring, promotions, salary adjustments, retention decisions, and compensation reviews. Qualifications: •Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing methodologies, salary structures, and compensation administration practices. •Knowledge of FLSA classification requirements, pay equity concepts, pay transparency requirements, and compensation-related recordkeeping practices. •Advanced analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills. •Demonstrated capacity to develop user-friendly dashboards, reports, scorecards, and workforce analytics within HRIS, payroll, or business intelligence platforms. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze large datasets, identify trends or discrepancies, and translate findings into clear business insights and recommendations. •Solid functional working knowledge of compensation metrics, including compa-ratio, range penetration, market position, pay compression, and incentive compensation measures. •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas, data validation, and reconciliation of complex datasets. •Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to validate sensitive compensation data and calculations. •Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear job descriptions, employment templates, compensation documentation, and executive-ready reports. •Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
